Cocineros – How to Start Your Food Business in Your Home Kitchen

Cocineros is a five week, 12 module program designed to help you start your food business, fully obtain a Cottage Food Operator permit from the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health, be fully licensed and insured to sell from your home. This program is offered at no cost to you.
