V. PUBLIC COMMENT (if time permits) Any member of the public may address and ask questions of the Board relating to any matter within the Authority’s jurisdiction. The law prohibits members of the Board from taking action on matters not on the agenda. Remarks shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes unless additional time is authorized by the Board.
